<p>This study aims to examine the management and empowerment system of waqf land at Latifah Mosque and to determine the management and empowerment of waqf land at Latifah Mosque. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that the system used in the management and empowerment of the Latifah Mosque's waqf land is collaboration or cooperation. Collaboration between the administrators, congregation, and surrounding community has been running very well and optimally, so that the benefits are now being felt by the surrounding community. Overall, the mosque is committed to improving the welfare of the community and supporting religious and social activities by optimising the use of endowed land and involving various parties to achieve common goals. The management and empowerment of endowed land at Masjid Latifah are in accordance with the principles of endowment as outlined in the Compilation of Islamic Law and the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia No. 41 of 2004.</p>
