This study aims to analyze the implementation of the differentiation approach in inclusive education at the elementary school level through a literature review method. Differentiation is a teaching strategy that adapts content, process, product, and learning environment to meet the individual needs of students, including those with special needs. In inclusive education, this approach plays a crucial role in creating a supportive and responsive learning environment for diversity. The study finds that the differentiation approach can enhance learning motivation, maximize students' potential, and improve social interactions among students. However, the implementation of this strategy faces several challenges, such as a lack of teacher training, limited resources, and suboptimal systemic support. The research also highlights the importance of collaboration among teachers, parents, and schools in fostering the success of inclusive education. By understanding and addressing existing challenges, the differentiation approach can be implemented more effectively to support inclusive education in elementary schools.
